Wood Ez has done over a dozen floors for me over the last five years. Most of these have been complete replacements of oak flooring and underlayment some floors only needed repair from water stains, burned holes, gaps because of walls removed, severe staining from pets which Wood Ez sanded and used bleached and stain to restore. All of the work has been excellent.
