"Overall wonderful experience. I called on Tuesday, August 13th and asked when they would be able to come out. They weren't available until Monday the 19th, but the only other place I called quoted me a price that was 4 times what Taylor's had told me, so I decided to sit tight. They called earlier in the week to verify the address I had given and to confirm the date. I wasn't given a time window, so at ten o'clock today I called and asked if they had an idea when the service technician would be coming out. They told me the technician had us scheduled from 12-3.
