"Provider was not prepared for the amount of calls this "Deal" would generate and it became impossible to even leave a message.  He did work with email through Angie's list which became our only point of contact.  I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with offers thru the list as they seem to offer very little service and yet are billed as the Big Deal.  Service technician was on time.  He seemed very tired of having to explain how little a "toilet tune up" entailed.  Basically, if you had a loose screw somewhere, he would tighten it--that seemed to be it.  I was fine because eventually he told me what the strange sound I was hearing in my toilet was and that was worth the service call to me.  Probably will not be purchasing another "Big Deal" anytime soon as I'm perfectly capable of wielding a wrench or screwdriver myself.

"Our house was broken into the night before we moved in, and there were several minor issues which needed to be fixed. I researched here on Angie's List and Yari had good reviews and was close. I prefer to use local businesses if at all possible. Yariv was polite and nice to work with. He showed up on time and was very matter-of-fact about the job. This was an insurance claim, so I wasn't worried about pricing too much, but it was very reasonable in my opinion. The only problem I had was when the rains came later on and the shed door expanded with humidity. It started to scrape on the bottom. I could have called him back, but decided to fix it myself and it was no problem. I would not hesitate to use him again for general handyman needs. Thanks!"

"I have a 2 bed/1bath townhouse.  The bathroom is small which is why I wanted professional input on how to make it a better space, perhaps ideas on storage/built-ins etc.  I thought that we would discuss (in general) cabinets/tile/paint etc and that he would be able to show me a 3-D picture of what my bathroom would look like once remodeled.  Maybe I got that idea from the title on the voucher or I watch too much HGTV.
He showed up on time and was professional.  I don't remember his name.  But he said that my bathroom was 'too small' to create a 3-D picture.  I found that a little ironic since the quote given to me was $10,000 for a remodel of my small bathroom. Especially considering that I wanted to keep my floors and I already had a marble countertop left over from the kitchen remodel.  
Beyond that, he did not have any additional design ideas on how to make the space more usable.  He did show me pictures of tile work from other jobs, which was nice, but I was expecting more.  
So be warned, if you have a 'small bathroom' they will NOT be able to provide a 3-D rendering of your bathroom.  Basically I paid $49 for a quote.

It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. First off Deena was great, she gave me a like weekly schedule of job and helped me choose all my bathroom stuff through online or even going to Home Depot with me on days she came to job site. The workers were very friendly and respectful when in my house. If there were minor problems they immediately contacted me to inform and I stay updated. Which I thought was great because I like to know what it is going on. I was impressed with how fast things went. "I loved working with the project manager. He understood everything that I didn't want and also wanted. When we realized more work was needed, he had his men handle it. They were very honest and gave good advice. My project manager was excellent in his taste of matching flooring with he cabinets. I am extremely pleased with the quartz shade that was put in. They gave me the option of a six inch back-splash or tile. Details e were agreed upon beforehand. He knew I wanted a lighter kitchen and I got it. I am more than pleased with the outcome. What is so nice about this is I could call EITHER partner, and I would get one of them on the line each time. It looks wonderful."
