BOB SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY .TO MY SURPRISE HE HAD FOUND THE WATER VALVE. IT WAS BURIED UNDERNEATH THE

IRRIGATION PIPE.A FEW YEARS AGO I CALLED OUT TWO PLUMBING COMPANYS TO SEE IF THEY COULD FIND THE WATER VALVE. THE FIRST SAID BASICLY FIND IT MYSELF THEN THEY WOULD FIX IT FOR 500-600 DOLLARS.THE SECOND SAID THEY COULD FIND IT AND FIX IT FOR 1500 DOLLARS.ANYWAY BOB RAISED THE WATER VALVE TO GROUND LEVEL WITH A NEW VALVE AND ALSO GAVE US A NEW WATER SHUTOFF TO THE HOUSE ALL NEATLY IN ONE BOX.WHEN HE WAS DONE IT WAS LIKE HE WAS NEVER THERE,"

"Some plants do not grow well in the depleted soil around my house so it has been hit and miss to find out what works.  Ernesto experiments with different types of plants so we have had some successes - unfortunately they were plants i dont care for like lilies and plants that are mainly a bunch of fronds.  We haven't been as lucky with the ones I do like.  He did plant a lemon tree (fruit bearing) and an orange tree (fruit for one year, waiting for more) that i am happy with.  
My main tree is always trimmed and all the dead leaves are removed from plants.  He comes when I am at work but we will have to make time to discuss things to be planted next.  I was very pleased when he took it upon himself to repair a broken lock on a door to my garage.

"Otero landscaping installed two trees on our property, did some leveling, prepping and sodding, also installed a sprinkler system, and some slope landscaping in three different areas around our house. Most of the slope landscaping did well, except for one area that did not do so well. They returned to see how they could fix this one area but it just never took. It may have been that we have really bad soil in that particular slope among other factors. We are very happy with the sod/lawn that they installed using a new designer sod: RTF. It is self repairing so if we get brown spots from the dogs, it will grow back in in a few weeks. This grass also grows fast. The trees are a palm tree and a shade tree in the back. they are also doing well. They also installed a railroad tie wall around the new lawn. We were pretty happy with the work. The job was originally supposed to take a week, but ended up taking two weeks. Of course we also kept adding more work to the original job. The owner if very nice and willing to fix anything that the customer is unhappy with or wants do to differently than the original plan."
