"Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

"It went great! They were a few minutes late--due to train and called me, which I very much appreciated. They came in and with canvas and plastic sheeting encased the entire area in the kitchen to keep the mess to a minimum. They were very polite and really hard workers. They never even stopped for lunch. They were careful to keep the door closed--as I could not find one of my cats and I was afraid he would get out. They removed the previous old light fixture and then patched the wall. I was asked where I wanted the placement of the four new lights and wow--just like that--four new holes were drilled and four new lights installed. They dry walled the entire area and not a seam shows. They ensured the lights go on from both switches. Clean up was done quickly and there was zero mess for me to clean up. After I had purchased this item on Angie's list--Mr. Dove had emailed me with a list of questions about the light fixture and informed me about the process and the time it would take. I've had several house repairs/changes done in the past--this light fixture replacement was by far--the best, quickest and professional job I've ever has done. "I recently had a kitchen drain snaked by Top Contender drain specialist Inc. They did a great job. I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. They've done everything from jackhammering the cement to get out a bad pipe, to climbing on the roof to access the vent pipe, all types of repairs, they have consistently been excellent. When they work in apartments that are occupied by tenants I always get a happy response from the tenants because everything gets fixed right and they clean up their work after they're done. I've even hired them to work on my home and my parents home. I have no hesitation in recommending them, recently they showed up on a holiday weekend with a smile and took care of my clogged drain that was affecting three different apartments.
