"Mike was awesome! They did such an amazing job on our backyard project. We hired them for a major job that entailed several days worth of clean up of debris, rocks, pavers, etc., tree stump removal, leveling, grading, sloping and new soil and grass seed. Our yard is completely brand new and we couldn't be happier! Mike even tried to work with us on pricing options to save us some money, he was very upfront and straightforward with the charges and the options we had, as well as what wouldn't work. "This review is for my mother who is 85 and doesnâ t use a computer: My mom contacted them for a flood in her basement caused by a blocked drainage line from her washer. She contacted them late in the day and he showed up right away. He was able to stop the flooding giving the sump pump the ability to drain the water overnight. He came back the next morning, used the camera to detect where the blockage was, which he then cleared and was able to repair the line and repipe where the washer connected to the sewage line. He was courteous, professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. His pricing was fair for the work he did and he is someone that I highly recommend in an emergency as well as under normal circumstances. Robert Hernandez is a true professional and Iâ m grateful for his expertise and service. Customer service in so many areas is lacking these days, RDH Plumbing is a rare find and I recommend him for all your plumbing needs."
