So we made it by the skin of our teeth. Just didn’t appreciate the installer knowing the time line and promising it, then not standing by his word. It was weird. Liner is beautiful but there is a spot that is pulling and you can see a gap. I hope this won’t cause any future issues."

"The company was available, courteous, and knowledgeable.  They scheduled someone to come to the house within two days.  The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.
They resolved all of our immediate needs and clearly explained options regarding wiring our house for a generator.  We lost power for more than a week twice in the two years we've lived in our home and, although we have a generator, there was no way to power the heating unit, the hot water heater, or the well pump as these are all hard wired into the electrical panel.
The technician explained that the best and safest way to provide power to our utilities during an outage was to provide a secondary electrical panel which would have services for the utilities and then provide an outlet to plug the generator into that would power these items.  The company provided a reasonable quotation for the services.
