"We had a wonderful experience with Charlie & Sons Construction & Landscaping Inc.! Carlos the owner was very professional and knowledgable. His workers were efficient and did an excellent job. He worked with us every step of the way to make sure our patio was exactly how we wanted it. Carlos also never tried to upsell us on a bigger patio and was perfectly willing to create the original smaller sized one we had discussed at the beginning. Once we realized that we wouldn't have been happy with that size, Carlos worked with us on the price which we feel was a great deal for the size we settled on. When all the work was finished we were amazed at how perfect the patio looked and were very happy we increased its overall size. He also tore up our old sidewalk on the side of the house and installed the same pavers which looks amazing. The only problem (which became a bonus) came when we noticed that his machine ended up ripping up a couple feet at the end of our driveway near the house. Carlos came to us immediately and apologized, and then said he would put the pavers in that area to replace the broken driveway. This ended up looking even better than it did previously as it tied in perfectly with the new sidewalk and the patio. We would definitely recommend Charlie & Sons Construction & Landscaping Inc. to everyone and plan on having them do more work for us in the near future!"

Great website, appears to be professionally designed and maintained, I like what they do (judging from the content in the website) but I am outside their service area. I don't live in that area. If I owned a home or apartment in that area, I would hire them."

"The project turned out better than I could have imagined! I had a few other companies come over to give me estimates, and ForeverLawn was by far the best! Austin Berryman, the Sales Rep, was exceptional. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the product and various options. Austin took the time to answer all my questions and explained the entire process to me. Tim Bast and his installation team were also exceptional. His team excavated the original grass, laid down the gravel sublayer, installed the framing, and then installed the artificial grass. Extremely hard working crew! Very professional, did a first rate job, and cleaned up everything and left the area spotless. The final results were beautiful! Best of all... my dog loves playing in her new run! We play out there every day we can, and she no longer has the problems she had with her allergies to regular grass. I cannot stress enough how highly I think of this company! "We had hired Craig in August 2018 to put a comprehensive drainage system in our back yard, which is still proving to be an excellent investment due to he and his team's outstanding work. When we had another drainage issue, this time in our front yard, he was our first and only choice to come take a look. We needed to figure out where an underground pipe in the front of our house was draining, since water was forming at the front corner of our property. A Roto Rooter serviceman told us that the pipe was crushed and needed to be replaced. And when I called Craig to see if he could do it, he said he wanted to take a look first. He brought a few of his team members to our house and dig some digging, both where the water was forming and where the pipe begins at the front of our house. It turned out the pipe does not go to the front of our property at all, but moves a few feet from the house and goes straight down to a dry well. Instead of charging us for labor or simply telling us Roto Rooter was right and offering to replace the pipe, Craig not only told us we could hold off on doing anything, he also didn't charge us for the labor at all. This type of integrity has been hard to find as we have done home improvements over the past few years. It's why Craig's cell phone number is the only contractor's number I've saved in my phone. We consider him a lifetime relationship, and he's the only one we will ever call for this or any type of landscaping work."
