"When we moved into our new house 16 years ago, I considered investing in a lawn irrigation system. But the priorities of all the things one needs to do look different when you are new to a house. So for all these years I have struggled with buying all kinds of hoses and sprinklers that leak, Orbitz hose timers that leak, and soaker hoses that are great the fort three feet then just peter out to a drip. I finally decided to get help after a broiling summer, seeing years of hard work on my lawn go to dessert. Several reputable experts recommended R&R Irrigation. He mapped out what looked to be a great systematic approach. Within ten days I had my permit and a crew of six hard working guys tearing up by front and back yard. They were not able to use the ditch witch in my pool area so there was a lot of digging by hand. Carlos and Marco kept me informed along the way. I was amazed at what it takes to do a job like this. I had no idea. It took six people two days to complete everything, including hand digging to install a drainage pipe off one of my roof gutters that was dumping rainwater into my basement. After it was all installed, my lawn was smooth and even. You could hardly tell that it had been “gophered up” to install all this apparatus. Dan and Marcos helped me set up the control panel and made it easy for me to understand how to make adjustments. Now instead of getting up every morning next summer to move sprinklers around, I can sleep in. This should have been priority one 16 years ago. I’m just glad I decided to do it now and especially pleased that I chose R&R Irrigation to handle the work. By the way, my landscaper told me that a neighbor up the street had just installed a sprinkler system but the code enforcement officer made the company pull it all up because the lines were not planted deep enough. Then my neighbor had to argue with the irrigation company. This is hard, complicated work. If you are going to do it, do your homework on the company you select. I am happy I did."

They showed up when they said they would (in fact, they called a couple of days earlier to see if they could come the day before our initially scheduled appointment) exactly on time and worked very efficiently until repairs were completed. "I have hired Tanzer Sprinklers for 2 jobs now. Their service is excellent. On the first job the salesman came out and had all the literature pertaining to the products he was going to install. The prices were very competitive. I had 3 estimates done. Tanzer was not the cheapest, however they were giving me the best equipment. When I asked other estimates for the exact same setup/equipment, they couldn't do better. The installation team is also excellent. They took care of my property and I got to watch them use advanced equipment for the first system install, and for the second install on our new home they had to dig trenches by hand in the rain. They did it like the pros they are. Very happy with both jobs they did and I would highly recommend them."

"Everything was great from start to finish. From the office staff to installation team. Everything was seamless. They came when they said they would and produced the result I hired them for. We had multiple lawn zones and planting bed zones installed with Hunter product heads. Our water pressure was on the low side so with the advice of Joel went with a newer style mist combo rotor head to combat the pressure issues. When everything was installed and the team was cleaning up, Joel programmed the sprinkler system timer to an app on my phone and taught me how to use it. I can turn it on and off no matter where I am and can edit all settings from my office or while away on vacation. This new technology makes everything easier and more efficient. Couldn't be happier with the results!!!"

"All good. Booking was via phone for an appointment. They also gave a reminder call. The time slot was 1-4 and they said they might show up toward later part. They came around 2, Inspection was done, adjustments made, and two leaking heads identified. The tech asked me if I want to pay him to replace at $53 per head, because he noted I had apparently done others myself with Lowe's purchased heads. I wanted them to do it, so I approved it and got it done much quicker and easier than I ever could do it. I was happy he gave me the option about doing it myself before proceeding. Maybe I could have done the start up myself, but it was not too expensive on the Angie's coupon. He also advised about optimum watering duration. I was over watering my shrubs!
Bottom line- simple work, done easily, honestly and friendly."

"I was having  a problem with water leaking out into the yard from an unknown source. Called several companies (I open the system myself) who said it was probably a defective valve or leaking manifold causing the issue. I asked for a ball park number which ranged from $200 to $325 "depending on what would have to be replaced". I called Quality Irrigation who took the time to ask specific questions on the phone. He came up with the same diagnosis but said with any luck it may be repairable without taking apart the manifold. He came out the next day, literally took the valve apart to find that a stainless steel nut was stuck in the diaphragm causing the value to slow leak and flood the yard. He reassembled the valve, boot up the system and it worked like a charm. He charged me just for his time, $85. I now have a new sprinkler service company! Thank you..."

"We had hired Craig in August 2018 to put a comprehensive drainage system in our back yard, which is still proving to be an excellent investment due to he and his team's outstanding work. When we had another drainage issue, this time in our front yard, he was our first and only choice to come take a look. We needed to figure out where an underground pipe in the front of our house was draining, since water was forming at the front corner of our property. A Roto Rooter serviceman told us that the pipe was crushed and needed to be replaced. And when I called Craig to see if he could do it, he said he wanted to take a look first. He brought a few of his team members to our house and dig some digging, both where the water was forming and where the pipe begins at the front of our house. It turned out the pipe does not go to the front of our property at all, but moves a few feet from the house and goes straight down to a dry well. Instead of charging us for labor or simply telling us Roto Rooter was right and offering to replace the pipe, Craig not only told us we could hold off on doing anything, he also didn't charge us for the labor at all. This type of integrity has been hard to find as we have done home improvements over the past few years. It's why Craig's cell phone number is the only contractor's number I've saved in my phone. We consider him a lifetime relationship, and he's the only one we will ever call for this or any type of landscaping work."

"They service went well. I thought the pricing was reasonable and the job was well done. I had them come out while my husband was away after a snow storm. The company was pretty busy but they were able to make time for me. They cleared the sidewalk, driveway, front of the house and steps. They were very responsive and I thought it was very nice that he could fit me in."
