"The technician cabled the sewer and found roots blocking the sewer but did not finish clearing the sewer. They requested a free camera visit, that showed they still had blockage and were close to the city main. I requested that they go back in, but they refused stated that the cable would get stuck. I saw no evidence of that since only tree roots were blocking the sewer and that the sewer showed no damage. I brought in a second company to clean the sewer with a cable and they easily finished the job. But of course this was an additional cost to me"
