I wasnâ t satisfied with the first go around on the master shower and Jocelyn took my account under her wing and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the job and believe me folks she didnâ t have to but she is still one of the few in the working world we have now a days that still cares and West Shore Homes should be very proud to have an employee like Jocelyn handling there accounts and I think Jocelyn for being an amazing person!"
