They are a great company, with solid values. They put the customer first, and their expertise and professionalism is subpar. I have used three different services from S2F, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. 1. They provide maintenance for my lawn, the combination of products they use is just perfect for my lawn, my grass is green, healthy and free of weeds. The technician is courteous and professional, he takes the time to put his machine through the small gate in the fenced backyard. He hasn't hit it once. Kudos for a great maneuvering skills. 2. Last year, I met with Cameron, and we talked about outdoor lighting. He recommended a set of Bluetooth color changing lights. As you can see from the pictures, you can seamlessly change the lighting colors from your phone. There is a huge array of colors, with the option of alternating the scene with up to three different colors. The installation was quick and efficient and the product worked right away. They have a very good warranty and don't consume a lot of energy. The price was reasonable and scheduling was very quick, even in the middle of January. 3. This spring, they mulched and cleaned my mulch beds for the first time ever, I have always done this myself thinking I can cut costs. It is totally worth it to let professionals do this. As you can see from the pictures, the level of detail in every mulch bed is something I can't achieve. They also buried the downspouts, this helps tremendously to control water from coming in the basement. This was done two weeks ago, and you can't notice the cuts in the grass anymore. The price was reasonable, and the work was done very well. Overall, I give Start to Finish a 5 out of 5 in every aspect of their work. "We removed the wood paneling in the basement shortly after moving in.  That's when we noticed 13 cracks in the foundation.  None of them structural issues.  They came in and repaired all of them in one day.  A couple of them were difficult to get to due to stairs and piping, but they did a great job on all of them.

"Mike and Andrea Golish were wonderful and a joy to do business with.   Mike explained in detail what to expect during the process.  His crew came out and started work immediately.  It took 2 days to complete the job.   The patio is gorgeous - Mike and his crew did a great job of finishing off the colored patio - with a nice broom finish with smooth edges.  My decorative patio is a gem in my backyard.   I truly look forward to spending alot of time using this once unused backyard.   My neighbors were so impressed a few of them asked Mike to give them a quote.

"They first gave a fairly detailed quote, then in about a month came back to do the work.  They use a pier system and do all the excavation by hand so it does not tear up the yard.  Takes a little longer but in the end i was very good work.  Had to add on a lot of pipe, that should have been noted on the contract and agreed to before it was done, but in the end they only charged for the actual pipe used to pier to foundation.  Very good at clean up.  Recommend them highly if you want a fair and honest job.

I called Charles on a Friday afternoon and he suggested Sunday as a good day for him to come round and assess the work.  Charles called around noon on Saturday and asked if he could come that afternoon.   Heck yes!   An appointment was set for today to carry out the work and a time frame of 8am - 9.30 am suggested for the start.   They arrived at 9 am.   The original request was just for the drainage work (cost $350) but my husband called in the meantime and asked them to look at the other two jobs.  

Both Charles and his helper are very personable.   All spaces they worked in were left clean and tidy.   All "trash" was bagged or placed where I requested.

I would not hesitate to call this company again for any job .. large or small. 

Update:   Charles "et all" came back and removed a window and the siding surrounding it.   He then reframed the area and replaced the window and siding.   He will be returning to replace the drywall.   Once again he did exactly what we requested both efficiently and in a timely manner.   We have been very pleased both with the standard of work and also his efforts to keep costs within reason.
