"The service went pretty well. They came out in a fairly reasonable time. The cost went over the $3,995 Big Deal. It is all based on measurements and so forth. Part of the reason why I had it done was my roof was leaking. In probably two months after we got the spring rains, I do not think the leak area got fixed. So, I would probably have to call them back out. The price was fair for what was done; it was reasonable."

"Garry was very good at communicating with me about the type of work that would be done and when the windows would be in after the final measurement was taken. He even made a second trip during the estimating process to show me some pictures of work they had done on other houses. Garry was willing to make sure that I would be satisfied with the type of work they had to offer. They spent a lot of time making sure they had the right measurements and thought over how the windows would be installed. They had to install some new trim boards and they took some of my paint with them so that they could paint them ahead of time. The 2 man crew that came to install the windows were very professional. They really had a good routine down and finished the work in about 6 hours. They were very thorough in the installation and it looks GREAT!"
