"Highly recommend Sean! He showed up on time, was very professional and repaired 2 leaking walls in my poured concrete foundation. I had tried several times with various products and the water just kept finding its way in. So frustrating! Even had another company come that said I needed the floor cut and a drain installed. They wanted almost $6000! Sean fixed the issue in a few hours. Left the place spotless and the basement is now totally bone dry. Also guarantees his work and offered to return at no charge if the issue returned."

"I called Arid when my sump pump that the previous owner left died during a rain storm. I spoke with Pat, who was extremely responsive, honest, and professional. Pat was very understanding as I explained that water had come up into the basement through the sump well. He sold me on a primary and backup pump system with battery backup and sent his crew out to my home that day. The installation took about 40 min and 20 min after the pump was installed, the water levels dropped back to normal. I have already hired Arid again to come back and perform a liner install around the pump and will look to Pat and his team in the future for all my basement waterproofing needs."

They gutted our bathroom and installed all new - replacing our bathtub with a walk-in shower, new vanity/countertop/sink, toilet, flooring, lights, and towel bars. Their work was very precise and everything looks wonderful! They kept the job site clean and were very accomodating as our family of 5 worked and attended school remotely. We've used them for many years now and wouldn't think of using anyone else!"

The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. "As someone who has dreaded going to the basement for 20 years, I am now incredibly thrilled with how dry and clean the space has become thanks to the excellent work by Gary, Benjamin, and Edgar at Basement Systems USA in Elkton, MD. These men were polite, respectful of everyone's time, left the place cleaner than they found it, and were thorough! Each step was carefully explained to me and confirmed throughout the process. There are no more ugly, mold-stained walls or beams; water runoff outside the house was diverted; and a new, size-appropriate sump pump and dehumidifier were successfully installed. "I seldom leave any reviews but this is one of the best contractors we have ever dealt with thus far! To start, their pricing is quite competitive. Secondly, I feel they probably have some of the best professionals in this industry. Communications with the sales person Javier is an enjoyment. He is honest, super responsive, polite, patient, and immensely professional. You won’t feel any pressure dealing with him. I have tons of questions given this is our 1st time dealing with a leaking basement. Javier was able to address all my questions in a most clear and timely manner - for a few times we were exchanging phone calls and text over the weekend! Thirdly, their crew on the ground (Brett is the foreman) are some of the most excellent contractors I have ever worked with. Brett gave me a call 45 minutes before arrival and they are extremely punctual. He walked me through what they are going to do before the work began and Updated me at times when I checked things up. In order to do the work they would have to uninstall some parts of my finished wall which I had originally believed would have to be completely restored anyway later. What’s beyond expectation is that Brett did the wall uninstallation in such a delicate and thoughtful way as he has hope that we may reuse the materials as much as possible! Also some of the working areas are very challenging to get in but the guys worked hard and got the work done nicely.! When the job is finished, they cleaned up all the working areas and Completely remove all the debris and dirts. My basement was left totally neat and tidy! Brett then walked me through the finished work and patiently answered all the questions I have. It’s a true pleasure working with Brett who is super nice, respectful and knowledgeable on what he is doing! The project is just done so I haven’t seen how it works but they have a life time warranty. Based on my experience so far, I would rate Quality 1st 6 Star if I could and would have nil hesitation to recommend them to anyone that needs a basement waterproof work!"

"Did a fantastic job fixing the foundation on one side of my house and installing a 10' outdoor sump pump. He also installed a 'rock garden' and french drain to improve drainage on the side of my house near a retaining wall- it not only works great but looks great too. Most importantly, Antonio was patient will all of my detailed questions, and he did a great job keeping me calm throughout the work. His staff was hard working, but also pleasant and respectful, and did a great job cleaning up when done with what was a messy job. Thank you!"
