Moreover, Lou returned with a crew member the day after the job was completed to reconnect my utility sink, washer and dryer and move them back into place free of charge. "Situation resolved!!!! This started off as a little bit of water in the corner of the basement but escalated very quickly with the snow melt. Sean was here the same day I called to assess the situation and began work shortly after. They had to chop up the entire perimeter of the basement floor to install the french drains.
