"James and his team did a complete renovation of a townhouse that had been neglected over many years. Tear-out of old flooring and fixtures. Installation of new laminate flooring, new paint throughout, new light fixtures, complete new bathrooms, complete new kitchen and exterior painting and power washing. All word was done professionally and thoroughly and at a fair price. We worked together on planning and acquiring the materials. They are very easy to work with and they got the job done in a timely fashion."

"We hired Ernest and Sons to construct our patio tiles. We purchased 2' X 2' Tiles and I have to say they did a gorgeous job. I was so pleased with the way they showed up when they said they would. The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with. They worked neatly, cleaned up totally afterward, and just had a great deal of respect for our property. They really did a beautiful job and Ernest, the owner is a real gentleman also. "They weren't cheap. They came as scheduled and did what they said they were going to do and it looked fine so we were happy with it. When you look at the cost and the amount of time that they were here it was pretty expensive, but they did what they said they were going to do and so that was what we were looking for. They were prompt. They came out and looked at the job, scheduled it and came back when they said they would come, it was great."

"Everyone was just great!  These guys are on the ball!  They have a nice granite selection and we were able to find a very large remnant piece of granite that was lovely.  They came out 3 days later to make the template,  4 days later we were able to go back to check the placement of the template on the granite, and 5 days after that - it was installed.  They shaped a lovely edge and we are happy with the sinks they stocked.  
Both times they came to the house, they called ahead and arrived on time.  They worked carefully, everything fits just right.  We are very pleased.  And it cost almost 1/2 of what Home Depot wanted and with less hassles.  We would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to neighbors.

"Smart Tile was quick to respond to my request to have my granite counter tops cleaned & sealed. We setup a date and time to have the work done. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. I would definitely use Smart Tile for any granite/tile work that I may need in the future."

"The workmanship was impeccable by this local business! Sinan took time walking me around the show room while I took my samples out and took pictures to show my husband. We agreed on a granite slab and requested it to be held for us. We went to the show to sign the contract an before we sat down in the office, Sinan suggested we go take a look at the slap to make sure it was what we wanted and to see what we were paying for and the sink that we wanted. The following Friday evening they installed the countertops (5 men = 3 hours). The Saturday after that (due to a weather delay because cutting is done outdoors), we had a matching back splash installed by two men (4 1/2 hours). Ken took the time to make a few samples as I had requested and surprised me with a cutting board from the slab. I am beyond pleased with the work that they did and how professional they were, I highly recommend this company and the team effort. Thank you to all who made our kitchen look so fabulous!"
