"Excellent work! Every step of the process of working with Ground Up was easy and reassuring. Russ was the project supervisor who started the process by taking a look at our foundation and a couple of areas that needed attention. He reviewed the project thoroughly and asked very specific questions about what we wanted to do. He explained everything very thoroughly (in words that I could understand!), and I felt really good about having them do the work after talking the project through with Russ. Can't say enough about what a relief it is to know that the house is sitting on a firm foundation, and for such an important repair, it feels really good to work with a team that inspired confidence every step of the way. "Awesome! Scott is an great guy that works well and did a good job on both my houses. We have prob spent $60,000 remodeling our homes. Both my homes were a bit older so they needed a lot of work done. I called around for deals and Papes charged me nearly half. If you can imagine the type of work needed for homes that were built in 1956 and 1936 than you know there was work to be done."

"The damage was assessed from the basement and it was determined that the foundation was sound,however, there was an area where the water had been able to ( over the years) create a small ravine through which the water could access the basement. As the downpipe was blocked and we had a severe rainstorm the basement was assessable to the large amount of water frowing from the blocked downpipe. The workmen accessed the damaged area from the outside and repaired the area under the foundation and extended the downpipe so that future water would be taken away from the house by over 15ft. This was done quickly in one day. and we have not experienced any further damage."
