"<p>This was a difficult area to work in being that it was on a curved stairway going to the upstairs level.  Craig called me two days ahead of time to verify when he would be there to do the work.  He set up the work time for 9:00 am on a Friday.  He actually showed up at about 8:45 am and prepared all his materials.  He shook out his floor covers prior to bringing them into the house.  Covered all floors and railings.  Set up ladders and began his drywall touch ups on both the ceiling and the walls.  Used a damp sanding technique that minimized any dust from sanding.  Painted the ceiling two coats and let this dry.  He then did all his trim work, painted the first coat, trimmed a second time, and finished with a second coat when the first one had dried.  All work was completed to the agreed upon requirements.  I provided all of the paint and he provided his working materials and labor.  He did a very professional job and kept busy while working right along at the contracted tasks.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> </p>"
