"Have now used Ultimate Cleaning Specialists for a couple of jobs this year. This time he stained our front deck/ramp that he had pressure washed in the previous job. He worked very hard as it is a "Large" deck/ramp and did an excellent job. I would recommend this business for anyone. Very professional, friendly and very contentious in his work! Very happy with results "Thank you Nic"!"

"Above and beyond! Mylan and his crew rocked it. His communication impeccable. They arrived a few minutes early and started work immediately and kept going with great attitudes. We had a big job and they tackled it and then some. I would recommend Grime to Prime Precision Wash all day long!"

"Austin and Andrew are great. They arrived on time and finished the job in the time frame that was told to me. And they cleaned up! Will definitely hire them again ð"

"Luron did an excellent job sanding, priming and installing old school lockers in my kitchen. He was prompt, professional and completed the work as I requested. I am hiring him again to pressure wash the soffit and facia on our house."

"Courteous and professional. Our lawn was mowed and trimmed in a timely manner. We are glad to find a company to take care of our lawn care needs."

"So far, I have been through the hiring process and my lawn has been mowed once. The lawn looks great--it was edged nicely, and the grass clippings were cleaned up. The weeds had gotten out of control and were treated so they are under control now. I was most impressed with the way Lewis made the weeds disappear from my driveway. I couldn't even tell where the weeds had been and wished I had before and after pictures to prove it to others."

"Very timely response and Andrew was able to clean and service gutters the next day. I was very pleased with the work."

"It was an excellent work. They cleaned up after themselves and checked to make sure that we are satisfied. They are on time. We already hired them for the work on our back porch and it was another excellent service."
