"After calling several roofing companies for pricing and availability, I scheduled a roof maintenance service with Southern Strong because they offered the best price AND could accommodate my schedule. The very next day, Wade arrived promptly, inspected my roof, and then showed me photos as he explained the situation: the flashing around the exhaust fan (as well as other places) was not properly sealed, and there were several exposed nails and penetrations. After he caulked the exposed nails and re-secured the headwall flashing, he showed me photos of the completed work. "Superior did very nice work for us from the ground up on a 30x50' pavilion with a full kitchen and two full baths. Custom woodwork included board and batten siding, interior shiplap throughout, custom cabinetry, specialty trim around outdoor fireplace, and custom wood doors. Kitchen and both baths included custom concrete countertops and cabinetry. They also placed exterior vinyl cedar shake siding, blown-in insulated ceilings, insulated walls, and sealed the concrete floor throughout. Anything sub'ed out was done through Cody except for the custom stone fireplace."
