"The response and repair was quick and complete. The only issue was the final cost - I have never had a sprinkler system and so never needed repair and did not know what it should cost. The final cost was a little high, but the system works beautifully. The only issue I have is that one other company returned my call, and gave me an estimate of about half of what this cost - but they did not give me a date specific and so did not do the work. All in all, I am happy with the work and recommend Pacific Lawn Sprinklers, but suggest you might want to be clearer on the cost expectations."

Once they got the water on, we decided they should leave to another job and come back to determine where the leak was in the yard. They came back and communicated when they would. Then they were able to find the leak with minimal digging. They buried the pipe again and checked the system and found two more sprinkler heads that needed replacing and did that. They cleaned up after themselves and were good at explaining what they were working on without being intrusive. Oh also, they were very reasonably priced.
