"Removed old hot water tank and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. Work was done in crawl space with less than six feet height available in work area. All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. Workmen were polite, professional, timely, focused on the job, carried away all the old parts and cleaned up well---we were quite pleased with the whole process."

I called Cape Fear Heating & Air (based on Angie’s list reviews) after years of having my home warranty company send different service providers to my house to assess the problem and tell me that the heat was working properly, although the heat would stop working and the house was cold. The temperature on the thermostat was much lower than what it was set to, yet the heat wouldn’t come on. The technician, Brandon, ran diagnostics & quickly found the problem.
