"Wow! Rooter Pro Plumbing ð ª is absolutely unprecedented in service in quality! I am amazed at how quickly the phone was answered and how unbelievable sweet and professional the dispatch staff is!! They quickly made adjustments to their schedule to get an emergency crew out to provide relief. The sewer main line was blocked completely, and the images and video Jay and his crew presented to me as a homeowner was very reassuring that this was in fact the cause of the total main failure. Nothing in the house would drain, but blessings to Rooter Pro Plumbing for making this plumbing work again 𠤣 !! Rooter Pro Plumbing provided me an excellent warranty to assure me of their workmanship and craftsmanship. Their work is very clean and they even called me out to look at the replacement pipe before backfilling. I will most certainly, undoubtedly use RPP again!"

"We have used American Service Specialists for two issues, one to come up with a solution for a tree blocked lateral sewer line where the County refused to take responsibility for the lateral line under the street and one to diagnose and correct an improperly installed sewer line on our property. In the first case American Service Specialists came up with a common sense approach to resolve the blockage rather than incurring a huge unknown cost of digging up our street. In the other case after months of water appearing on our lawn and the original installer of the sewer line failing to properly diagnose the issue, American Service Specialists properly diagnosed the issue and corrected the problem. In each case American Service Specialists acted in a highly professional and knowledgeable manner. They always came at the appointed time. They diagnosed an issue where others had failed and corrected the issue. They were highly professional and resourceful. I would highly recommend their use.

Customers say: Super punctual
"Mr. Plumber does excellent work! Jason put in about 9 hrs. straight replacing the main water pipe in the ground in a home we own. He even stayed after he finished his part of the work, waiting for the City of Atlanta Water Dept. to show up to fix the leak on the adjacent sidewalk to the house. He didn't have to do that, but he wanted to make sure everything was finished properly before he went home for the evening. Very impressed with Jason's desire to make sure job was finished properly. His work was excellent."

"The plumbing is just absolutely fine. I have no complaints at all. It took me a minute to realize who this company was, but now I remember how nice and very polite they were. They treated me with lots of respect. They were very helpful when I was clueless to what was going on. They took time out to explain things to me and everything. The plumbing was included with the building of my home. I wish not discuss that information with you at this time."

"We are in the process of remodeling a home in Woodstock, Ga. In that it was built in 1989 and rented for virtually the entire time since it was purchased in 1995, we decided not to rent any more, but remodel from head to toe, including the HVAC.
This home is two stories with the main floor entrance on the second level. The first level entry is from the garage into a floor containing a utility room, foyer entry and a large bonus type room with a full bath.
In that we still live in Alabama and commute,( spending 2-4 nights at the house every couple of weeks), to oversee some of the remodeling. Since the home is vacant, we arranged for a bed, lamps, etc., downstairs, where we stay when we are there. In a word, however, the existing HVAC was terribly inadequate. We froze when we were there... The system apparently wasn't powerful enough to accommodate both floors. When the temp. upstairs was set at about 70, downstairs was freezing. We needed to do something, so we hired Cool Air Mechanical and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED!!
Our first contact with the company was Stan Bailey, the Sales Representative. We immediately recognized that he had a thorough knowledge of his products and was outstanding in explaining what would otherwise be a difficult subject for most people, myself included. His personality was open and friendly, and he answered every question we had with thoroughness and patience. When we ultimately decided on the specifics, he was in touch with us, as well as the installers, through the entire installation. ( Not only did we require a new system, but we needed to have new duct work/venting installed, as well as a new water heater that appeared to have issues as well.)
All in all, from Stan Bailey to the Installers, Jorge, Mike and Josh, to the finishing work, done by Doug and Brian, we can't say enough about their professionalism, thoroughness and punctuality throughout the entire job.
We love our new system, which includes three zones. We are already finding that it is not only easy to use and set, but also we are noticing a savings...( even at this early stage after the installation of a new system). The weather has been extremely cold so the energy efficiency has been even more apparent than if it would have been warmer.
We can't say enough about Cool Air Mechanical and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a new HVAC system. That goes for us, as well, if we ever need their assistance again in the distant future!!!
AL AND LINDA P.
