Lawrence Banks, the sales rep that estimated the work and developed the proposal, is a lot more like an Owner who stayed closely involved from start to finish. The work team was typically a 6 person team of two work crews, and they continually were onsite well before starting time, worked hard throughout the day, and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. All six workers would attack the project with very little talk and direction required, they clearly knew what they were doing and showed real teamwork the way they worked together. Lawrence came onsite nearly every day to provide oversight and quality control. Brunner's handled all materials, disposal and county inspection coordination, which always went like clockwork. Construction materials were always delivered before being needed. If you want a team that knows how to work together, cares about their craftsmanship, and really knocks out the project, then my wife and I can strongly recommend Brunners Quality Decks, Inc. Dion was our main work crew foreman, with Brandon also providing onsite supervision. Lawrence worked with us on a couple changes or add-ons, and was very fair in pricing add-ons, really made us feel like we were in a win-win situation. Our project was over $25K. The new deck used Dekorator composite decking together with Fortress aluminum handrail. The existing porch was rescreened with Screen-Eze screen"
