"Well They identified the issue was due to improper electrical work performed by an electrician recommended through Home Advisor. The work performed was incorrect and the proper voltage was not going to the HVAC or dryer---120 was pushed to these units versus 220. Plus we found the work performed by the previous company was outside of code. Anthony provided the solutions and I am happy to say pleased with the options provided to correct the situation. This included fixing plastic drain pipe that had failed, replacing it with the proper PVC pipe, for proper drainage. Todd took the time to explain and answer any questions, and provided great detail on what options were available with the new tub. Todd is very detailed and takes great pride in his work.
