"Dave has helped us many times to repair appliances - Refrigerator, Washer for us and our daughter. Most repairmen are parts replacers -diagnose and locate the bad part and replace it. That is fine in most instances. However, not many have the knowledge or experience to actually repair a part that has gone bad. It makes sense to do that in some instances. Dave has done that for us when needed. He "grew up" among appliances and so has the knowledge to actually fix things when warranted. I can not recommend him highly enough. I am not one to give compliments easily but in his case, it is well earned."

Was very honest and stated that based on the price of the parts and the age of the appliances he would not recommend doing the repair. Just charged a reasonable price for looking at both machines."
