"In 2006, I hired Sky Northwest to paint extensive exterior trim. Another estimate came in 3 times higher. In 2006, the service was excellent. However in April of 2009, some of the trim was peeling and I contacted the company. No questions asked, SKY Northwest came to my house and scraped all the trim back to the bare wood and repainted. No material costs, no labor costs. This is evidence that this company stands behind their work. I was delighted that the owner responded to my email, I was very surprised when he came out within 3 days of the email and within a week the entire job was re-done."
