"We bought an amazing home on Burning Tree Mountain (Decatur), but it needed some updating. We first hired Andrew to gut our kitchen and create some "pass throughs" to our dining room. We were so happy with Andrew and Joe's work that we hired them back to replace our very large deck. The house sits on the edge of a cliff and it was incredibly important that the deck was built right. The deck turn out beautiful! Andrew re-did the entire thing and corrected issues where it attached to the house as necessary. He made extra sure that it was safe for dogs, someday's grandkids and that it will last a life-time. After the deck, we hired Andrew again to fix a rotted section of our sunroom's roof. He re-routed the gutters, replaced the sheeting, shingles and soffit. It's perfect ! You can't even tell anything bad happened there. Next up, ADZE will be taking on our exterior painting project -- ! Hire them -you WILL not be disappointed!"

"Casa Grande Construction was fantastic. We have a vinyl home. We had a water leak and hired Casa to completely replace the vinyl in the rear of our home. When the vinyl was removed there was obvious wood damage to the wall and to the vertical 2x6 support boards. They replaced all the rotten wood and finished the vinyl in a week. The wood repair cost them 2 additional days, but still got if finished in a week. No mess along the way and great communications with me. Highly recommend."

"Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."

"Was a little slow in getting started as helpers did not work out so he found new ones.  The work was of excellent quality in taking time to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction.  Trees were trimmed well and he kept them balanced and looking great. <br /> Clean us was not as good as expected as I had to complete some of of the removal of small trash but very little. <br /> I would use him again and have recommended him to several friends., <br />"
