"One of three quotes we got on our home for a big project involving cracked beams/joists and piers. Suresafe gave us a quick inspection followed by a quote- with the wrong math. When emailed questions pertaining to the 15k+ project few were answered- and when I called their tone was that I clearly didn't know much about foundation repair. "We had majors cracks happen in 2 months and called 3 companies to get foundation measurements taken and yes our house needed pilings due to ground shift and sinking. Ramjack was not the cheapest but they were the most informative, had their own patented pilings, were available for the 100 questions for both Adam and the office, and had videos of how the work was done, what to expect after and everything in between. Adam and BK were available to be onsite through out the work being completed, which was completed by some very happy employees. All my concerns were addressed, they rebuilt part of my fence that was broken due to where a piling needed to go and we are happy!!"

"Ybarra Professional Builders did 2 big plumbing projects on my house and property. Not only did they install a brand-new main water line to replace the old leaking galvanized steel pipe, but they also re-piped my house's plumbing as it was also made from that same rusting out galvanized steel. I also had some other major work done by them at the same time (tree removal and sprinkler repair) but since Home Advisor asked for a specific type of project for this review, I will only review the plumbing projects. Vlad was the project manager for all of these projects. He coordinated all of the sub-contractors' work and got the projects done in a timely manner. There were none of the time issues that I had heard about with other contractors, such as waiting weeks between one phase of a project to get the next one started-after one phase was done, the next phase would begin with no more than a day or two in between. He was very pleasant and very patient with my many questions and concerns and kept me up-to-date with what was happening. The project that I most dreaded, the house plumbing re-piping, was not as bad as I thought it would be, to my great relief. All of the people who I dealt with at Ybarra were pleasant and professional, from the sub-contractors to the office staff. I think the quality of the work performed was very good. In the additional clean-up phase, the holes in the drywall where the plumbing had been re-piped were patched and painted, and the concrete where the driveway had to be cut to replace the main water line was re-poured. This portion of the project was available as an additional cost, but the workmanship was very good. I had heard and read many horror stories about dealing with contractors so working with this group was a pleasant surprise. Thank you, Vlad."

"The guy was great. I had several of the contractor who took a look at the job. They said the deck had to be replaced. the other contractors did not diagnose the rot at the foot of the house. When Gilbert took it apart. it was completely rotted. Which other contractors would have discovered once they began the work. Gilbert repaired the deck instead of replacing it. only Gilbert diagnosed the rotted footer in the house in advance. Gilbert will be replacing my roof this fall. Out of all the contractors, Gilbert's price was less than 1/3 of the offer of other because they wanted to replace the deck and it did include repair to the house."

"Now let me rave about Dave... He was on time if not early, he is a man that can do what he says and does it really fast. The deck repair was above and beyond what we expected. We wanted it it safe and up to code, he made it a work of art. He was knowledgeable of everything we threw at him.  He repaired the window glass so we didn't have to buy a whole new window, squeezed a dishwasher in a tiny kitchen (husband must have dishwasher), did the insulation and did the water shut off replacement. He works quickly and cleanly too, we could not even tell there was work being done. We are so pleased and yes we would hire him again in a heartbeat."
