The job required research, creativity and planning since it is 45 year old house that was never meant to have air conditioning. Their sales rep, Kurt, is experienced as an installer and was definitely more knowledgeable than anyone from the other companies we received estimates from. His game plan made the most sense and was reasonably priced. In fact he was the only one who did not try to sell me on a new furnace and explained that my current furnace should last several more years versus the competition which was insisting that I'd be better off buying a new furnace since my current furnace was about 14 years old (Kurt added that the current furnace could be repaired if it did start giving me problems). Kurt came the day of installation to show the lead technician, Mark, how he envisioned the install to go. That made me feel good to know that the installer wasn't going to be improvising. Mark led a crew that came on time, confirmed the plans would work, and did the installation. They overcame a lot of hurdles including a small furnace closet, limited space for a condenser on the side of the house and attic access challenges. The job was finished ahead of schedule. Mark explained the system to me, and the house was left very clean. I highly recommend Carini, Kurt, and Mark as the lead technician."

"1) The heating tech immediately found the air filter needed to be replaced; he replaced it and problem was solved. 2) The plumber (Dane) checked the many items on the maintenance check list including adjusting the water pressure. We skipped the water heater flush because we replaced it. After I replaced the soaked drywall, Dane returned to install water heater. Everyone at Tarpy was very pleasant and agreeable to work with, and I had confidence in the techs who seemed very knowledgeable. I marked "PRICE" as "N/A" because everything these days seems expensive to me, and I did not compare their prices with other companies to know what standard prices are."

We hired them to replace the windows , insulate the attic and walls.They put in a tank less water heater and sealed the air ducts. They put weather stripping around all the doors. I was worried about the mess that the work would create. I have 4 children and we all know how that go's. They were so clean and professional, I could not believe it .They did a top notch job. "I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system.
