"We were initially frustrated because he promised to come but was then unable to do so. When he did come out, he was very apologetic and performed the work at no charge. We have been very happy with his work. He informed us that the garage door problem resulted from not servicing the door on a yearly basis, which we will do in the future.

"I had an emergency when my garage door opener suddenly stopped working. I called 5 Stars Garage Doors LLC, and they were able to send a technician out the same day. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with options for repair or replacement. I opted to replace the opener, and the technician had the new opener installed in no time. The new opener is much quieter and more efficient than the old one. I am extremely satisfied with the prompt and professional service I received from 5 Stars Garage Doors LLC. They are now my go-to company for all garage door needs!"

"They sent a technician out within a couple of hours of my call. They were very good about emailing me the approximate time of arrival and who my technician would be. He did an excellent job of replacing the opener and hauled away the "dead" one. I would recommend this service"
