"We purchased a home in the woods, near lake Michigan this Spring. When we looked at the home, there was snow on the roof, and it was so beautiful. When the snow melted, we found the 10 year old roof was heavily covered in moss and algae. We love the home, and wanted to make it look as good as new if possible....but I figured I'd have to settle for decent..not new.
The team from Peak Performance came exactly to the minute when they said they would arrive, cleaned the roof so it looks as good as new, and when they left, the yard was cleaner than when they arrived. As the roof dried, it looked better and better...and in a matter of hours, I began to wonder if they had somehow slipped new shingles on the roof while I wasn't paying attention.
Going from a roof that was so heavily coated with moss, that in some places it looked a bit like indoor/outdoor carpet...transformed to what looks like a new roof is beyond astonishing. i love my new home, and having the look of it improve as much as it did with this one project....was worth many times what I paid. If you want a beautiful roof, or if you're thinking of selling and you want to add curb appeal....this is a whole lot of bang for the buck. I was glad to learn that they offer an annual treatment program so that the moss growth will not happen again. With a $12K+ roof over my head, I want it to last and look great...figure these guys will be back every year for the treatments for as long as I own this home."

"His company called me the day I asked for professionals to install my chain link fence. The owner, Austin came out the very next day measured and offered me a quote. I accepted it and he started the work the day the materials arrived. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. The 190' of 5' high black chain link fence with a walkthrough gate on one side and a drive-through gate on the other side the entire project was completed in less 3 days and looks fabulous. I would highly recommend Austin and his company."

"Actually they did a super job installing brick pavers in my yard a couple of years ago.  Additionally, in the summer of 2013 I had a cement drive poured which abutted to the pavers.  Joe's guy Paul came out to reset the pavers and level them correctly with the new driveway.  Joe didn't charge me....so at Christmas I sent him two $50 gift cards to Outback Steakhouse as a thanks for the summer work. I didn't even get an acknowledgement, which is okay.  
This fall I wanted an estimate for the front (as stated above). I sent him a text message with my request but did not get a response.  I sent an email and no response.  Left a voice mail and still nothing, so I went with another installer and LOVE what he did.  
 
I eventually did get a call with an apology that he delegated to one of his crew members.  Joe Todaro does do excellent work but lost this job over a lack of communication."
