"Paul and Cole checked out my 15-year-old appliances. Paul is a fount of knowledge! They diagnosed thoroughly and fixed some things, then reassured me that my stuff was still in quite good shape, even though beyond the usual life expectancy. They taught me what indicators would tell me I should consider replacing the appliance, and the most likely points of failure. And what I should look for and avoid in new appliances. Pricing was very reasonable, and both gentlemen were extremely courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
