"I filled out the contact us form on Carolina Prowash's website and received a response withing 24 hours.  I communicated with Celeste initially.  She was a pleasure to speak with.  I scheduled a date and time for Roger to come out and estimate our deck for a wash and stain.  Roger arrived on time as scheduled.  He was very friendly, professional and down to Earth.  He informed us about the work his company does and the products that he uses.  He also gave us tips and advice on maintaining our new deck which we appreciated.  We scheduled a date to wash the deck.  He did a great job.  There were a few tough spots that didn't come out right away, but he used a stronger product on those spots and they came right out.  Our deck looked brand new when he finished.  We had a few days of rain here and there, so it took a little longer than planned for the deck to dry out before staining.  He sanded and later stained the deck with a highly rated quality stain.  He left us what was left of the stain in case we ever need it for anything.  Roger was a pleasure to do business with and we plan on calling on him in the future when we need service again. <br />"
