"I am selling my home in Westchester NY and during the inspection process, it was discovered that there was mold in my attic. Obviously it needed to be removed at my expense. "We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.
