"This was about a week's worth of work. ALL this work improved the look and value of my home tremendously. Enlarging the entrance deck created a totally new look for my Modular Home and the new skirting on the 4"x4" timbers gave such a beautiful, finished look. The lacked gate they built for the entrance onto the deck from the steps is probably one of the best features because it allows me and my dog to set on the deck and I have no fear of her running down the stairs and away into the yard or street. It is a wonderful security feature and it really finished the look of the deck! The new skirting replaced the original 15 year old skirting and has made a huge difference on utility bills.
