I gave him a "B" under responsiveness only because we had to wait approx 6 weeks for him to schedule the work. "Ken showed great creativity in tiling and fixing our shower.  We had discovered a leak when replacing our bathroom floor; and several different contractors told us they could not fix the situation because we had a 'custom shower'.   

Ken basically rebuilt the 2 outside walls of our shower?solving the problem.  He was very easy to work with and has great ideas!

Oh, and best of all... it looks great!   We are very pleased.
