"Mark was / is very attentive to our needs and wants. We gave him a hard timeline and he held to it. As challenges came up, which they always do in a project of this size, Mark’s experience was on full display. He was always calm and solved the problems. I would highly recommend Mark to all of our friends for any of their project. In fact, we have already recommended him to a few people."

"I just hired this company, haven't started the project yet, but for those whom came to give an estimation i was truly disappointed! Raul, came here took the time to check areas looking for soft spots in the floor, gave suggestions and solutions, and best and worst case scenarios. He had great ideals, gave me options and made me feel secure in knowing what his was doing and what and how they would proceed! That in itself speaks volumes! Others on here whom came were lazy, not looking or have a clue what kind of work was needed, yet spit out an estimate that made me laugh!! I will out of kindness not reveal their name! I will give more reviews as the project gets underway and done. I'll also post before and after photos!"

"Reese was reliable, he was there when he said he would be. He quickly made changes as needed. He suggested solutions to unanticipated problems. He not only acted professionally, he looked professional. I will never call anyone else and I have two more phases of my remodel to go."

"After scouring the internet and some friends for local contractors that can remodel my kitchen, I came across Landmark Construction (Charlie) who provided me with a quote that I was comfortable with and that included all the items that I wanted to have in my new kitchen. I hired Charlie and his team of workers to renovate my kitchen, guest bathroom and install new hardwood floors throughout my house. Now that the project is completed, I could not be happier with the end results. The most important thing for me (besides quality of work), was the communication between me and Charlie since I have a very busy schedule and Charlie was always responsive to all my requests.
My new kitchen and guest bathroom looks amazing. The floor came out beautiful. Charlie gave me a time frame of 4-5 weeks for this renovation. But they were able to finish a little bit sooner than that and I was extremely happy. I highly recommend Landmark Construction based on my great experience.

"We hired C3 Builders Group to design and remodel our single family residence. Their design suggestions were exactly what we were wanting and they executed the construction work remarkably. The crew was a dream to work with and they were very professional. I am very happy to have hired C3 Builders Group"

"David, the project manager that came out was phenomenal. The bathroom renovation had gone beautifully. I am giving David the highest grade because of his persistence and great attitude. He always made sure we are happy with the outcome and he wasn't going to leave till we said we love everything and I really appreciate that. Moreover he was personable, clearly took pride in his work and didn't leave until him and his crew thoroughly cleaned everything. Overall an excellent company and a great guy & team."
