Her customer service skills should be bottled. Justin was my service technician. He notified me when he was on his way and when he arrived and was exactly within the timeframe stated. Justin was masked, professional, polite, and an EXCELLENT appliance repairman. He explained every step of the process and was able to repair my dishwasher door to its prior to functioning glory. I cannot convey how happy this made me. Justin then really made sure it was repaired properly, but all the things back in place, and double and triple the doors functionality, fit, and alignment. He packed up his tools, said goodbye, and was off to his next appointment. I am very pleased with C M All Appliance Repair LLC and recommend them highly without hesitation. "I called to leave a message regarding an appointment. They work in different areas on different days. I was contacted on Monday and my area day was Wednesday. That was fine, because nothing was an emergency. Don came out even earlier than agreed, which worked out great for me. Oh my fridge the noise was caused by condenser coils hitting the drip pans. He put spacers in the area to realign the coils and stop the vibration. He also cleaned my coils in the back and underneath. I'm disabled, so that was a huge help to me. <br>For the dishwasher, I needed a new soap dispenser, the old one was caked with detergent, and the rinse aid dispenser wasn't sealing properly. He ordered the part after I agreed. It has not come in yet, but he will change it when it does. <br>The dryer was fixed before I even realized it! He replaced a part that controls the heat sensor. I've forgotten what it's called. No time wasted there. <br> <br>I have worked with this company for 40 years. Don's dad owned it before him. The prices are reasonable, they don't tell you that something needs to be fixed that doesn't need it. They stand by their work. They are polite, punctual and professional. That's the whole package."
