Matthew guided the whole roofing job from beginning to end and was absolutely one of the nicest young man I have ever met. He answered in person and by phone whenever I contacted him, he never rushed me, he explained everything that was going on and found many problems the so called 'contractor' who put on the roof in 2012 didn't do, just to save money. "We just went thru a hurricane and damage is widespread in our area. Marshall Roofing-Ben contacted us very quickly and scheduled a time to inspect our damaged roof. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working. "Crew showed up on designated day , was friendly,courteous,polite and immediately started removing all existing plain steel screws,installed new over-size Blazer-2 Stainless Cap Tri-Seal screws,cleaned and removed any debris on roof before applying the silver coating sealant to my house and also my storage shed.When job was complete a crew member walked the perimeter of my house with a magnet picking up any loose screws/washers that may have fallen to the ground. "Mr. Parks called me. We set a time to meet. He arrived on time. He went to my roof,took photos of areas that needed repair. He said he could do the work that day. He gave a reasonable price and I gave him the go ahead. The job was completed in about 2 hrs. Mr. Parks showed me pictures of the finished roof repairs and the entire roof coating with sealant. Mr. Parks cleaned up and carted away all debris. Very excellent work."

"Hired them to put a sealant on my metal awning roof on my back porch. They came and were proficient at doing the job and promised that if there were any leaks, they would come back and correct them. I had a couple leaks about a month after they came back and applied some tape on the underside to stop the leaks. This did not work so I called them again and asked them to come back to fix the leak I’ve been waiting for a couple weeks. They promised to come this week, but I have not heard from them. I realize they are busy, but I’m tired of having stuff wet on my back porch and that’s why I had this Done. It would be nice if they could give me a date and time when they could be here as I am leaving to go out of town on the 15th of this month."
