"From our first interaction with DDR at the Home & Garden Show this past April, we have enjoyed a very professional and pleasant experience with this company. Pat, our initial contact, worked with us to come up with a plan for our new sunroom addition, and Jesse was very patient as we designed and tweaked it. Both were forthcoming and worked diligently to give us a quality room addition while staying within our budget. The construction of our sunroom was managed by Kyle. We can’t say enough good things about our project manager! We appreciate his kindness and he’s just great at what he does! The communication between us could not have worked any better. We knew every week what to expect and were informed promptly if there were any changes. At one point we had a delay by the manufacturer in shipment of our windows. Kyle was right on top of that. He was honest about the delay and kept other aspects of the job moving as much as possible. In addition, he was very hands on during the entire process—many times we saw him interacting with the subcontractors to ensure there was no misunderstanding and that we received quality work. The subcontractors that DDR used did a great job. It was a pleasant surprise to get phone calls from the subs the day before to let us know they would be here. We received quality workmanship, all within a reasonable timeline. This is very rare and much appreciated!
