"No problems with the quality of the work or the time it took, but it was surprisingly expensive. So much so that I almost regretted having the work done. The plumber found the shut-off valves inoperable and began replacing them without telling me about it or the additional cost. I should have looked over his shoulder more often and asked more questions, but I did not. Any repairman beginning additional repairs without asking really rubs me the wrong way and leads to a "B" rating at best and a "No" on hiring again. Learn from my mistake: make certain that you do your research on pricing and agree on a price range and scope of work with Geiler (or anyone, for that matter) before they begin the work."

"We received quotes/opinions from 4 companies. B-Dry was the most expensive but they were the only ones to actually go into our crawl space to look for the source of the water, and they offered a comprehensive solution. Waterproofing portion went very well. We have not had water in our finished lower level since they installed the system. We regret having them do the other items: beam supports, running the lines and downspouts to the ditch, and supporting the stairs; it's just not their area of expertise. Their repairs have caused other issues that we are now paying other people to fix (stairs primarily). We gave them a B overall because the waterproofing was done very well, but the rest of the work is only adequate (but we paid more than adequate prices). They also came out on an emergency basis and installed a sump pump to hold us over through the Christmas holiday; we were having family stay with us and didn't want to have to pump water out on Christmas morning, so that was much appreciated. And the crew worked in a crawl space that is not easy to access and they cleaned up every day before they left. We figured that having them do the non-waterproofing work would be time-efficient and would mean that the whole system would work as one complete system. Lesson learned. We would hire them again, but for waterproofing only."

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

"Kinser & Kinser was able to schedule the appointment within two days for first call in the morning, which they said would be 8:00 am. They called just before 8:00 to say they were on their way and arrived about 8:15. George Mckinney, the lead plumber, and his assistant were very professional. They looked at the job and gave me a price, $375, that seemed reasonable. George said it was a fixed price for extending a gas line to a stove. I had priced out the parts and they came to about $150 or so at Home Depot. The only other estimate I received was $679 from Dauenhauer. The Dauenhauer plumber said that they didn't estimate jobs based on time and materials but on the job as a whole, or something like that, although he did say that the parts were about $300. George and his helper were done by about 10:45 am and did a nice job. I was very happy with the work. The only thing I wish Kinser & Kinser had done differently was to tell me when I called that they had a fixed price for the work I wanted done."

"I knew this was going to be a good experience during the free estimate.  Joe climbed under my deck to get a look at the outside wall/foundation area, then needed to look inside the interior wall.  After a solid hour of time (cutting into the basement sheet rock) the problem was diagnosed and estimated costs laid out.  I can't believe the estimate was free after the amount of work put in just to find the problem. Joe made sure I understood the issues and told me to call their offices to set up an appointment. No pressure whatsoever. <br /> Once I set up the appointment the crew arrived on-time, kept my home clean on the inside and outside, and completed the agreed upon work. <br /> The only thing left is to see if the work fixes the issues but I feel confident that will be the case. No heavy rainfall in the week following the work to test it out. <br /> I would absolutely recommend their services.  At the very least they should be your second opinion. <br />"
