"Initial setup: *mostly* ok.  The consulting bit was only available during business hours; which meant not being part of the process (wife handled all of it).  There was no way I could take the time off; and there was no way the Wheelers would consult in the evening.   <br /> We contracted to have all the windows done; as well as having the moulding that hide the venetian blind hardware up higher (out of the way of the shutters). <br /> The blinds, stalled, look great. <br /> I *wish* that they would have been a 1-stop-shop to handle patching up the walls where the moulding was (texturing, painting); we would have paid for the convenience to just get it all 100% *done*.  I also wish they would have removed the old blinds versus leaving them in a pile in the living room.  In hindsight, we should have negotiated this in. <br /> Would I use them again on another house?  Yes, despite my negatives; the final product does and operates great.  And having their consultation up front was valuable. not just for sizing but for recommendations that fit with the current decor and also the challenges with the larger windows we have.   <br /> <br /> <br />"

"My large renovation project journey started in Jan 2019. I really had almost given up any hope of this remodeling project due to bad luck and unprofessionalism of 4 other construction companies. The first one never showed up to the meeting after 2 scheduled appointments, the second one came over to the house and was very motivated and interested until we met again and when I asked some important questions… they were never able to provide a professional answer (which made me so worried about them), the 3rd one came up with such a terrible work plan that made me truly run away as fast as I could and the last one was again with no response back from. When I got the contact information of Rosegold Builders… I thought it will be something similar to the other ones… but I was totally wrong. Adam came to the meeting on time and set with me for long time making sure he understood my goals and my budget while bringing many new ideas to the remodeling. A week after, he was able to come up with a plan of execution to the remodeling and together, we added, removed and modified some of the things that he wanted to include in the work. When we came up with the final price for the work, I decided to go forward and to start the work with him. The work went according to the plan while the office informed me daily and weekly about anything important in regards to the work and my meetings with Adam were to see what has been done that day/week. The work was completed in the time frame that Adam committed to me before we signed any documents. I feel that I am so lucky by having them doing my remodeling project. Thank you!"

"My home was built in 1927, and the door just didn't want to fit right. The gentleman who came out, Earl, was great but he really struggled getting this door sit right. I called them back to tell them that it just doesn't sit right and they said that I had insisted they install it without the frame, but I most definitely did not insist on that. They did come back and it is better but it still isn't completely right."
