"A damaged tongue and groove hardwood piece was removed and replaced and entire floor area refinished. The original sanding when this floor was installed (not by Clark's) was not a quality job and Clark's craftsmen were able to bring it up to a much more acceptable level. Their "atomic dust free system" was amazing and well worth the extra money paid for the service. After completion of the job, even the walls in the room which were not covered were dust free. The refinishing job they performed matches other hardwood throughout the house and we are very pleased with the job."

My only complaint on the customer service side was that I was told I was to receive a discount upon signing, but never did. Quote was reasonable, but hate being lied too. Good - the carpet is great and they did a fantastic job on the installation. It looks wonderful.

The only annoying thing is that they charge extra for everything, including $100 a room to move and replace your furniture. That seemed like a lot. We are seniors and can't move it ourselves, and $100 for both rooms would have seemed more reasonable. But the installers were excellent - they did everything right and cleaned up after themselves nicely.
