"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. I emailed Better Water Heaters in the evening with the details and got a phone call from Frans who scheduled Daniel to come and give me a free estimate the next afternoon. Daniel’s estimate was similar for a standard water heater replacement but although I had not considered a tankless install I asked for a quote on that as well after discussing pros and cons with Daniel. Daniel then waited while I discussed this with my wife and since he could do the install the next day I decided on the tankless install and Daniel arrived the next morning and completed the install in three hours. "Gustavo from Escamilla plumbing is a pro thru and thru. I gave him a tough job that I wanted to tackle but didn't have the necessary tools or time to tackle. I had him relocate the water heater lines and install a tankless water heater, remove steel pipes and redo drain lines. The kicker for the water lines was access next to a furnace and new gas lines that needed to be run due to insufficient gas supply. During the project we found micky mouse water line taps that needed to be removed and the house water shutoff valve that failed to closed completely. Lots of unexpected work but he gave decent quotes to complete the job. He is quick, doesn't cut corners, and gets the job done. I wholeheartedly recommend him for project a homeowner wouldn't touch or doesn't have time to do. "

Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit.
