"I spent $190 on that work. They were efficient in terms of the e-mails and estimate. The price was reasonable and the quality was of the workmanship was good. The customer service guy was very pleasant when he came to do the site inspection prior to giving the estimate. "Through them, we got granite through whoever it was that they took us to. They had several different subcontractors and I did not communicate well with a couple of them so I am not sure how to rate them. I also was very disappointed in the salesman that sold us everything because he said that he would be with us throughout the whole thing but we did not see him or hear from him except once or twice when he was asking about the payment or something. The end quality of the work was very good. The last man that was here was an old guru and he was a very precise installer of the cabinets because we had the cabinets refaced. He was quite a good craftsman. He was very methodical and exact about his work. We were very pleased with him. The final quality of everything was good, we just had a few bumps along the way which I guess happens with any remodel. There were a few frustrating times and I think that I was probably most disappointed with the salesman in the company. But at the end, when there was something that was not quite finished and we owed them $1,000 and it was something that my husband ended up finishing, they waived that last $1,000. I would probably not use them again. We have never had the remodeling done before so I do not know what to compare it to but their price was okay. It is hard to rate the quality of their work because it depends on who was doing what. Some of the plumbing was not very good and the painting but the craftsman was perfect. The finished product was good but I would not use them again based on the salesman and his lack of followup."
