"I needed someone to repair a head on my sprinkler. They came out and said it was an elbow on the head. The lady pulled and pulled and pulled. Finally, the guy helped her and got the head off. They changed the elbow keeping the same head. Everything seemed to be fine..BUT, the next day, I noticed water constantly running from the same area the elbow was placed. They came back out the next business day. The guy says, ?It is a bad valve.? Umm, Sir, you came here and inspected the system. Then, said it was an elbow. You replaced the elbow and now my water is constantly leaking from the bottom of the head where the elbow is. So, you are saying suddenly the valve is broken?.He then goes to the valve and said, ?I don?t hear anything hissing. But, I know it is the valve.? Yeah, I will let another company handle this. "
