"The project was completed and correct. The issue is the bill was $444. I was charged $207 for two 2 Chrome turn straight stop valves. The tech went to a plumbing store up the road. I went on the website and priced them at $11.02 each in stock. What a mark up. I was charged $107 to drain 2- 30? lines which once the main valve is turned off all faucets are drained leaving a little amount of water. I changed my faucets a week ago, I know the procedure and amount of water left in them. $95 was for the call and diagnosis. I was shown the invoice on his cell phone but did not get the invoice until after 3pm via email. The work was completed by 11:30am. I would have paid the $95 and asked him to leave."

Jake is a fraud he delayed my entire project by three months. he was hired to make plans for project and give us kid drawings with pencils and crayons with all stains on them. delayed our project for over 3 months in over 20k in damages . and this man is nasty just takes money and hangs up . the city inspectora even laughed when we submitted his plans . The sales rep gave us comfort that everything will be done right and the two experienced and fully licensed professionals will be doing the work and that there is a no-excuse warranty, 1 degree guarantee, and 10 years on both the service and hardware. It just so happened that after the install, I told the installer I smelt gas and to check everything. He simply waved it off and said it's fine, give it some time. I told AJ Perri multiple times that there is a gas leak and I asked them to rectify the situation. I called them multiple times to send someone to fix the issue immediately and urgently, but they refused to commit to any resolution and won't send anyone until the gas is turned off for the whole building. I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."
