"1/18/2016 - This an update to my original review: <br /> After the first moth of service the team of people that came to mow seemed they were always in a rush and would go so fast the lawn was cut uneven they would leave in 10 minutes or less. It so was so bad at the end month you could see where the mower turned on the grass not because of tire tracks but due to the mover cutting the grass to the dirt in spots from how fast they turned.  <br /> <br /> 1/21/2016 - Update after Sean from Lawns R Us contacted me directly: <br /> Sean reached out to me based on my review update on 1/18/2016. He was very courteous and willing to work with me to correct the mistakes made. "The crew arrived at the expected time and wasted no time in performing the repair. They had left already by the time I got back home from an appointment, but I was pleased with the work and there was no need to call the company and ask them to come back for minor fixes. As I expected, I will need to sweep some additional sand into the spaces between the pavers, as it has settled some. But the steps are now safe, solid, and perfectly level. The repaired area blends very well into the rest of the patio."

I had very little time to get this done and Eric pulled it off. He came to a meeting with the realtor to make sure we did exactly as the overly-demanding buyer wanted. Eric worked until late in the evening in order to build the fence within the timeline. He was meticulous in selecting the wood, ensuring the measurements were exact and everything was lined up perfectly.The gate to the existing fence was difficult to open and I asked if there was a simple fix. Eric replaced the entire gate and didn't charge me any extra. Amazing! No one offers service like that any more! Eric was responsive, detailed, professional and really helped me out when I needed it.
