There was a lot of work that needed to be done and he sent pictures throughout the process to show me what the issue was and how he fixed it. The only thing I wish we discussed more up front was the cost of the additional work as it was more than I had budgeted for and caught me a bit off guard. They pulled down the pre-existing wood shingle siding that was rotted and installed new Siding on the home. When the siding first went up there was a defect that we all couldn't understand. We thought that it wasn't okay to leave it up but tried to see if the warmer weather would cause it to unbuckle. JJP stood by their words even months after the siding had been installed and came back to make the necessary fixes.
